Through our U.S. commercial real estate lending platform, we originate first-lien mortgage loans secured by high-quality commercial real estate assets. Since 2017, we have successfully originated over $7 billion in loans with expertise across all key asset classes, from multifamily and hospitality to student housing and self-storage.
