(“Värde”) completed the previously announced acquisition of an approximately 40.5% equity interest in OneMain Holdings, Inc. (“OneMain”) (NYSE:OMF) from investment funds managed by an affiliate of Fortress Investment Group LLC for $26.00 per share.
