LONDON – Värde Partners, a leading global investment firm specializing in credit and credit-related assets, today announced that an affiliate of Värde has provided a €112 million loan to refinance The Wings, a newly developed office and hotel property in Brussels, Belgium.
Owned and developed by Ghelamco, The Wings’ expansive 50,000 square meters of gross leasable area includes three wings dedicated to office space, which are nearly fully leased, as well as a hotel wing, restaurants and fitness facilities. Strategically situated near the Brussels Airport, The Wings holds the distinction of being the first building in Belgium to attain triple certification: BREEAM Excellent, WELL Gold and DGNB Gold.
