Joe Digirolamo

Joe Digirolamo is a Legal Counsel. He is responsible for legal matters relating to the firm’s private funds and accounts and other management company activities. Based in New York, he joined the firm in 2024.
Prior to joining Värde, Joe was an associate at the law firms of Paul, Weiss and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York. Additionally, Joe clerked for the Honorable Nelson S. Román, United States District Court, Southern District of New York.
Joe received a B.A. from Cornell University and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
