Caroline Lacombe is a Director on the Business Development & Investor Relations team. Based in New York, she joined the firm in 2022.

Prior to joining Värde, Caroline was a member of BlackRock’s Financial Institutions Group where she was responsible for managing relationships with North American insurance clients.

Caroline received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
