Barbara Richter

Barbara Richter is a Managing Director and Head of Asset-Based Finance, European Lending. She also leads Värde’s whole loan program. Based in London, she joined the firm in 2016.  

Prior to joining Värde, Barbara worked for eight years at Goldman Sachs, most recently as a director in Structured Credit Trading.   

Barbara graduated from Harvard with a B.A. in Chemistry and Physics and received a PhD in Chemistry from University of Cambridge.
