Alice Melnik
Director, Business Development
Alice Melnik is a Director on the Business Development & Investor Relations team. Based in London, she joined the firm in 2026.
Prior to joining Värde, Alice worked at KKR in London, where she was part of the EMEA Insurance team and later the Capital Markets team. Before KKR, she was with Dimensional Fund Advisors working within the Global Client Group.
Alice received a First-Class MA (Hons) degree from the University of St Andrews and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from BPP University.
