Adrien Lot is a Director on the Asset-Based Finance team. Based in London, he joined the firm in 2025.
Prior to joining Värde, Adrien was an Associate Director at Paragon Bank, where he focused on the UK specialty finance market. He previously held roles at Dynamic Credit Partners and IMC Asset Management in Amsterdam, where he specialized in structured credit opportunities across Europe. He began his career in finance at Société Générale in London.
Adrien holds an MSc in Financial Markets from EDHEC Business School.
