Nick Winter
January 17, 2019Nick Winter is a Managing Director and North American Head of Portfolio Operations focused on value creation in Värde private equity investments. Based in New York, he joined the firm in 2018.
Prior to Värde, Nick spent seven years at JPMorgan Chase in senior operations and technology transformation roles, most recently as a Managing Director and Global Head of Financial Reference Data Operations. Previously, he worked on bank turnarounds, and in private equity portfolio operations roles at Organic Growth Partners, Millennium Partners and Ameriquest Capital Group with a focus on financial services and real estate related businesses. Nick started his career with Mercer Management Consulting, ultimately as a Partner in the Financial Services practice and as Co-Leader of the North American Private Equity Group.
Nick received an M.A. in Electrical Engineering and Information Sciences from the University of Cambridge, England.
